can sum1 tell me what do runes do ?
i seem to have unlocked a mesmer rune but then when i used it on my pvp armor my illusion lvl is still the same and the lvl of my illusion is still 12 and the attack i deal is IWAY is still the same

Well since I cant understand your post, I will be the "sum1" to tell you what runes do.

Runes go on your armor and they increase their respective attribute by 1, 2, or 3. They dont stack with themselves.

Is there any chance you a message to the tune of, "You can only upgrade armor with runes from your primary attribute"?

What I am asking is, are you a W/Me or a Me/W?

you cannot apply a rune of a wrong profession.

was rhe rune used up or is it still in inventory?

you unlocked it on your account for PVP and should apply it to PVE armor since you dont need to physically use it for your pvp.

this unlock for pvp is account based and will affect all pvp created characters present and future without losing it if a character is deleted for another

Assuming you got the unlock message after you id'd an armor drop, did you salvage the armor and get the rune out of it? Unless you do that, then you won't have the run on your pve character.
